 72 Hours by Thirty Spokes

Band History

Formed in the spring of 2008, Thirty Spokes is a Louisville, KY. based band that celebrates musical diversity. It blends rock, blues, acoustic, and country jam into a distinctive sound.  Founding members Chad Graham and Gabe Deknatel played successfully for years as a duo before seeking out additional musicians that would complement their style and sound. As if by design, local talents Kyle Shea and Tom Anderson joined the band in short order. An immediate chemistry as friends and musicians hinted at future success. Thirty Spokes was born.

The rapidly growing fan base is witness to high quality, genuine, original music that identifies with the soul of the listener. Fans have enjoyed the energetic atmosphere of Thirty Spokes’ live shows in many regional venues. With aspirations of expanding to the national stage, they gig constantly and enjoy every moment.

Their debut album, named 72 Hours, was released in the summer of 2009.  Recorded in Louisville in February of 2009 at Kevin Ratterman’s “The Funeral Home” studio, the CD has been successfully distributed at shows, local retail stores, and on the internet.
